== Base ==

In a #16-oz mason jar{} or glass container, combine @rolled oats{1/2%cup}(not quick or steel-cut), @milk{1/2%cup}(dairy or plant-based), @Greek yogurt{1/4%cup}(non-fat or plant-based), @chia seeds{1%tbsp}, @honey{1%tbsp}(or maple syrup), and @vanilla extract{1/4%tsp} if desired. Mix until fully combined with no dry spots.

Cover and refrigerate at least ~{2%hours}, preferably overnight. Thin with a splash of milk or water before eating if needed. Add toppings the night before or just before serving.

Peanut butter jelly: peanut butter, strawberry jelly, diced strawberries, crushed peanuts.

Apple pie: diced apples, pecans, maple syrup, cinnamon.

Banana Nutella: sliced banana, Nutella, crushed hazelnuts, chocolate chips.

Almond Joy: shredded coconut, chopped almonds, chocolate chips, maple syrup.

Blueberry lemon: blueberries, lemon zest, honey, pinch of salt.

Maple brown sugar: brown sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon, pinch of salt.
